Mexican Flavours

Traditional Mexican cuisine has an array of flavours, ingredients and techniques, as varied as the different regions of Mexico. Passed on since ancient times from generation to generation, these skills and knowledge are a source of national identity.
 We are delighted to offer a collection of authentic mexican dishes, made fresh to order, using traditional recipes.

 

Salado | Savoury

SALSA ASADA
A delicious salsa made with roasted tomatoes, onions and chiles.Perfect with chips, over fried eggs or in quesadillas.


PICO DE GALLO
A delicious raw, chopped salsa, made with tomatoes, onion, chiles, cilantro and spices.


GUACAMOLE
A classic! Delicious avocado finely chopped with onions, cilantro and chilies.
 


BLACK BEAN SOUP
A silky, rich and flavourful creamed soup. It comes with it´s garnishes: thin, crispy tortilla strips, cheese and mexican oregano.

POZOLE
A hearty stew served with hominy, shredded chicken or pork, lettuce, onion, oregano and radishes. This colourful dish is a meal on its own.


COCHINITA PIBIL
A delicious pulled pork dish from the Yucatan coast. Served with pickled red onion and spicy habanero salsa on the side.


TAMALES
Tamales are corn husks with masa-dough and a filling. Once steamed to perfection, they are eaten from the husk they are cooked in!

We have the classics:

  • Corn, onions and cheese
  • Sweet tamales with raisins

FLAN
The mexican version of creme caramel.
 


ARROZ CON LECHE
A cinnamon perfumed rice pudding. A sweet, creamy end to a meal.


TEQUILA MOUSSE
A light, refreshing, lime and tequila mousse.

 

 

CHURROS
Crispy, golden, deliciousness rolled in cinammon and sugar.


TRES LECHES CAKE
The very famous vanilla cake, infused with a winning combination of milk, cream and sweet condensed milk. Hence the name  "Tres Leches" or three milks.
